What is an EMP?
Efficiency maintenance is more than changing filters. It provides you with a complete and professional cleaning and efficiency evaluation semi-annually as described in the program benefits for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated. The efficiency testing is to ensure controls are set properly, thus providing for peak performance. Proper equipment maintenance is geared to increase efficiency, extend equipment life and reduce the likelihood of a breakdown. We provide this service Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will call ahead to schedule your appointment. As an EMP customer, you will also receive a special discounts on our parts pricing and overtime rates. HVAC equipment is expected to last longer than a car.
